A new study shows bees could help scientists understand urban pollution.
Canadian researchers were able to measure the level of source of pollution in urban environments by analyzing honey.
According to Digital Trends, the team analyzed honey collected from urban hives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
They found the tiny amounts of lead isotopes in the honey could be used as a “fingerprint” to identify from where the lead originated.
